Giveaway Rules

The Prize:

The prize includes 2 pieces of jewelry from Paparazzi Accessories, one for each winner. The pieces will be selected by Precious Feelings. The pieces may include one of the following: necklace, earrings, bracelet, or ring. If the winner is local and prefers to have their prize hand delivered instead of shipped, we can make arrangements for it in our communications. If not, the item will be shipped at no cost to the winners. Please note that most of our necklaces come with a pair of matching earrings. The necklace-earrings set is considered 1 piece in terms of this giveaway. Our standalone earrings are also considered 1 piece. Stackable bracelets that come in a set are also considered 1 piece. There is no guarantee that any specific piece will be included or that they will all be from a different category. The pieces will be shipped for free to valid United States addresses. The winners may not exchange the items received for other items in our website or for cash. Precious Feelings will inform the winners when the package will be shipped or hand delivered once the address has been confirmed. 

The winners:

The deadline to enter is up to the point where we reach at least 50 members and up to the time we are live on Facebook to announce the winner. We will verbally announce the deadline time before the drawing. Once the winners are selected and verified (per giveaway rules), they will be announced on our Facebook Live and on our Private VIP Facebook Group. During the Live show, in case the first winner is clearly not qualified, we will continue to draw other names until one is found. The winner will be contacted via email and/or Facebook DM in order to get the shipping address. The winner will have 48 hours to respond from the time they have been contacted. If the winner does not respond within those first 48 hours or if it becomes clear that they do not meet our giveaway criteria, the giveaway will be void and no other winner will be selected. In case no one invited the winner, both prizes will go to the one winner.

When you enter the giveaway:

You and your friend will be officially entered in the giveaway when your request to join our VIP Group is accepted. Please know that by joining our VIP group you are also accepting to join our newsletter. Requests that do not include an answer to all 3 questions and that have checked the agreement to follow the group rules will not be accepted. If you accidentally forget to answer one of the items in the form, please try again! We'd love to have you on our group!

Please make sure you provide the correct information, otherwise you will be disqualified. Please know we will not sell your information or use it to spam you. We value your loyalty and privacy. We will use the information you provide to contact you in case you win and to occasionally send you information on new jewelry releases, special promotions, and events. You may opt out of those emails at any time. Unless you are the winner, or you reach out to us first, we will not be sending you a DM regarding this giveaway.

Who may NOT participate

Minors, persons outside of the United States, other Paparazzi consultants or employees. Void where prohibited by law.

Exchanges and returns

In case one of the pieces is damaged during transit, please contact Precious Feelings on our website (via our Contact Page) within 3 days of the delivery date, and provide pictures of the damage. We will assess the situation on a case by case basis and make a determination if a replacement will be issued.
